Here are some of our key services to help you enjoy a unique experience with us.

La Fragua consists of two cosy hotels and an exquisite restaurant, just 1 minute’s walk from each other.

We offer various parking options, both public and private, indoor and outdoor, which you can view on our contact page.

We have comfortable rooms with private bathroom and shower, and common areas, all with Wifi. In our social lounge and in winter the experience is enhanced by the shelter of our fireplace (available at Hotel La Fragua I) to enjoy this time of year in the heart of the Sierra Nevada National Park. There is also an aerothermal heating system throughout the hotel.

You can taste the local gastronomy in our restaurant. From our Mediterranean diet with an Arabic twist to the famous Trevélez ham, you will find a unique culinary experience.

And given the privileged natural environment in which we find ourselves, we offer you outdoor activities to live unique experiences in contact with the mountains.

Find us

For your own convenience, we recommend that you ignore GPS or Google Maps directions once you are in the village, as they may lead you down dead-end streets or narrow lanes that are difficult to manoeuvre or turn around.

We recommend that you use our location map as a reference when travelling by foot, car or motorcycle.

We are also pleased to inform you that you can park your car in the Plaza Barrio Medio or in the public car park at the entrance to the village (blue dot on the map), which is a short walk from the hotel. From there it is a pleasant two-minute walk to Hotel La Fragua. Both hotels and the restaurant are within a few metres of each other and less than a minute’s walk.

If you wish to use our private open-air car park (green area) at Hotel La Fragua II (also for guests of Hotel La Fragua I), we advise you to follow the directions on the map, bearing in mind that the access roads are narrow.

The red line indicates access to the hotel for both pedestrians and vehicles.

Our 2 hotels and our restaurant are located in the historic centre of Trevélez, Granada.

Our restaurant La Fragua is just a few metres from our hotels.

Pets not allowed

We regret to inform you that we do not allow pets in our hotel.

No lift

It is important to note that we do not have lifts in our two and three storey hotels.
